The Roots

Hey there! My name is Stephanie, Steph for short, or as my clients refer to me, "Miss. Steph."

Believe it or not, that's me up there! Actually, most of the pictures I will be using are from my childhood. I was TOTALLY a sensory kid, to say the least.

​

Now, I am a pediatric occupational therapist currently located in New Jersey. I am located at FTC Kids Empowerment Center in Little Falls, NJ. New Jersey definitely has my heart, even though I love to travel to different locations. What's better than the beach, NYC, and mountains, all in one place!?

I have a passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals in life.  There is nothing like hearing "I did it!" or "Look what I did!" from a child.

I also believe that parents having a true understanding of their children's needs from a sensory perspective makes ALL the difference in therapy. 

​

With that being said, I hope my posts can assist, entertain, and open the doors to all things pediatric occupational therapy.
